Veaceslav Untila: The no. one priority in current crisis is to provide quality services to consumers

 

On March 27, 2020, the General Director of the National Agency for Energy Regulation, Veaceslav Untila met with the Country Manager at Premier Energy Moldova, Jose Luis Gomez Pascual.

 

The discussions focused on the current health crisis and the decisions taken by the authorities to overcome this crisis.

 

The Director General stressed that ANRE will support the license holders in all energy sectors and that the priority no one is to provide quality services to consumers.

 

Jose Luis Gomez Pascual has informed ANRE about the current measures taken by the licensee and that the company will continue to provide quality services to consumers despite the health crisis difficulties.

 

Both, ANRE and Premier Energy Distribution, recommended that consumers continue to pay the invoices by electronic means available, in order to avoid rising debts.
