The Director of ANRE, Octavian Calmâc pointed out that the fruitful cooperation with NARUC during the years has contributed to the consolidation of institutional capacities of ANRE and that it is important to continue to expand the areas of bilateral cooperation. The Director Calmâc, added that a new cooperation with NARUC and the international experts will help develop a well-functioning national regulatory framework, according to the best international practices.
